A Pattern for Murder - Lighthouse Block from Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework

 I mentioned in a previous post that one of the things I was doing in the new year was to participate in one of Annie's Mystery Stitch Alongs.  Earlier this month we received out first chapter and the pattern for the first block.




The first block is a big 24" lighthouse block.  Isn't it fun?

I am making my blocks all from scraps and prints out of my stash.  There is a materials list for the quilt but I am going rogue.

A New Experience for 2021 from Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework

 The new year is just about here and I have been working making plans for what I want to do in 2021.  There is one thing I have always been intrigued with after a friend was telling me about a Quilt Along she was doing.  Each month she read a chapter for a book and made a quilt block...Both were a mystery of course!



So I am all signed up for A Pattern for Murder - one of Annie's Mystery Quilt Stitch Alongs!

I think the first chapter comes out in January but we were sent the material requirements ...
